I’m completely bedbound from an accident, and I’ve also been on the verge of homelessness for almost a year. Detailed medical evidence is linked. I have no reliable support: I’m estranged from my family and the government has been stripping away disability safety nets for years. Time is running out for me to claim compensation for the condition sustained from it and I need help, fast. 

My previous lawyers dropped my case for very much commercial reasons, and a limited number of lawyers would be prepared to take on my case due to the complicated nature of my neurological condition. A no win no fee lawyer may not be an option. I have spoken to a lawyer who seems really great and suggested she could be willing to take on my case. However she requires around $2000 payment upfront for now for medicolegal reports. I would like to start working with her ASAP after she returns from leave on Wednesday 20th January.

I’m on a shoe string $197/week social security payment and I can’t work because of my disability. I would really appreciate it if people could donate to help me meet this cost. If I were to win the case with the aid of a good lawyer it would really turn my life around (plus I may be able to pay people back).
