about the earthquake in nepal
just after i heard about it, i got a call from my grandmother in Kolkata, India. she told me there had been a large earthquake.
“how did you hear about it?” i asked.
“I didn’t,” she said. “i felt it.”
in case you didn’t know, that’s a distance of over 774 kilometers — 481 miles.
this was the Dharahara tower — one of Nepal’s most famous historical landmarks, and (I believe) a world heritage site:
…and this is what it looked like after the earthquake:
this is nepal’s worst earthquake since 1932.
please continue praying for nepal.

My wife is always in this page and now I see why. We’ve both struggled with health and fitness over the years. The Cinderella solution( hypr.ink/howwive… ) in addition to the tips and practices on here completely gave her, her body back!! Thanks so much. 🙏🏿
